          I see that the filtering system mooted has already been put in place by Huawei for TalkTalk, a Chinese company which was founded by an ex-member of the Chinese army and is used extensively in the UK already and recently there have been concerns that they are not totally above board.

          What is telling is that the UK, if this was to become law, would have censorship on a par with China and other totalitarian states and people seem to be bending over backwards to allow this to continue...
