Welcome to the site. Your choices are exactly that. Yours. As for in or out it depends on your demeanor. One of the biggest alpha males I have ever known was openly gay and had left his wife to come out. My wife worked for him for a year or two as his secretary. He was pure class and took no bulltulip every bloke in the office respected him and I never heard a bad word spoken. He worked in the building architecture game and was surrounded by talent. His cock stayed in his pocket and he reserved his fun for outside of work. Bare in mind that as a contractor getting on someone's nerves is a quick way to see the door from the outside. So camping it out or being a predator is as off limits for you as, My buxom project assistant is to meComment

If you are going to be a contractor and want to talk about the birds in HR , or the boobies on the bird next to you, do it here. Where there is no harm done and everyone can have a laugh.
The workplace should not be a place for sexual encounters.
Just because the bird with the boobies laughs and jokes does not mean she appreciates you dribbling down her cleavage.
And as for the OP. THIS GOES DOUBLE.
Who wants to work in an office with a frotting, fat, sweaty balding gay boy bendy faggot ?
