    I concur. Sometimes I despair at how clients keep crap people around (even when they know that they are crap) because they don't want to look for someone else.

    "Oh, we can't get rid of him, he's been here for ages!" And he's delivered a steaming pile of crap in that time.

      I know of one chap interviewed for a role for same client via two consultancies, got both and invoiced both for three months before being found out.

      Marched off site and back on site a year later. Just the one role that time..
