Stuttering Start For Warhead Defense - Chicago Tribune

WASHINGTON — Once released from its rocket above the Earth's atmosphere, any cone-shaped nuclear warhead streaking toward the United States would wobble slightly like a spinning top.

Which is weird cos my cone shaped warhead also wobbles on reentry
