Cut off for payment on Friday is an approved time sheet by about noon today, one PM has approved, one hasn't

As a tester I'd expect you to know things generally go wrong at the time it's inconvenient
I have two clients who both pay very consistently early, and normally keep a healthy balance in the business account so I can pay subcontractors. The one month I took all the balance out as a divi (to buy a house) knowing that either client paying on time would be enough to cover all my bills, both were late.

Yep. I think the phrase is 'my bad'. It's sorted now though; just spent the morning sorting it out with clientco's controller and shall invoice for the privilege.

At least I have the reassurance of still getting some money this week, based on last weeks being late
