      1: You should only use the justice system to ensure the guilty culprit is correctly identified

      2: Once the system has administered the slap on the wrist then you should enact your own ‘natural justice' as the aggrieved party
      How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

        In one country they decided to crack down on rapes, so they made it capital offence and were executing those convited. Guess what? Women who were unfortunate to get raped started getting killed, because it made no difference in terms of sentence - both death, so rapists figured they are better off not leaving alive witnesses.
