Interesting I have only worked directly for two women.
1st effectively managed me out the door so she could give her mate a job (should have gone for constructive dismissal but I was young n naive) in addtion she was a fooking idiot and on reflection I was not unhappy to go.
2nd Was very nice but to be honest a bit in effective
Note for the point of balance I have also worked for men who have been ineffective but I have never worked for a man who was as vindictive as the 1st woman I worked for.
And at present where I am there is a female exec who I think is actually psychotic - she shows all the signs e.g. very aggressive, does not recognise other human beings as having any value, prone to make up her own reality ( e.g. often 'forgets' things she has said from one week to the next when they do not suit this weeks version of reality)
Have not met a man like that but that may be just good fortune!Comment
