Super cheap. I think I may sell my humongous down south, 5 bed room, 4 bath room house, triple garage, landscaped garden and move up North and buy Yorkshire.

Seriously though, this is plan z for retirement. Sell the large property in the Home counties, buy a similar property for a fraction of the price up north. With the difference, buy property(ies) to generate rent for income.

Still think it's worth it because of the location.
