How can you be a Junior Specialist? Surely a junior is not a specialist and a specialist wouldn't be junior

Sometimes they do have a bit strange gradation. When I was a youngster my comp had the following ladder:

- specialist
- associate
- associate director
- executive director
- managing director

having debased Engineer, Consultant and Guru the HR/Recruitment wonks are starting on Specialist.

I give it ten years and we will see 'Beef Patty creation & distribution Diety' Jobs on minimum wage.

but a not bad entry for a graduate its ~ £18K + holidays. not the greatest but better than free apprenticeship.

No appreciation of being fleeced in IT.

Fark off, when I was a junior I specialised in pool, darts, industrial scale beer drinking, shagging and fighting*.
