    Sometimes they do have a bit strange gradation. When I was a youngster my comp had the following ladder:

    - specialist
    - associate
    - associate director
    - executive director
    - managing director
    If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

        having debased Engineer, Consultant and Guru the HR/Recruitment wonks are starting on Specialist.

        I give it ten years and we will see 'Beef Patty creation & distribution Diety' Jobs on minimum wage.

        but a not bad entry for a graduate its ~ £18K + holidays. not the greatest but better than free apprenticeship.
