There are a few third party sites that can sell you access from about $10, I think with each developer account you can activate it on 3 devices so people buy one for themselves and then sell the other two to recoup the cost, its upto you how much you trust the sites, or how important your device is to you.

It's a 100 devices and I have a dev account - if anyone wants a free 'slot' they can have it - I've only used 6!

Nope, but i never said the couldn't. Do you think because GPUs are much more powerful we should have full HD 3D icons with full animated widgets running all the time on the iPhone? Good luck with the battery life.

Just upgraded (thanks Stek) and very nice it is too apart from some icons that seem to have been designed by a child.
