Good plan! Or maybe the remaining unihabited parts of Siberia perhaps? Send the ones from hot countries to the coldest and vice versa. Our temperate climate is just too inbetween to make them truly uncomfortable.

Apparantly to round them up and dump them (anywhere) would cost around £4 billion.

I was just talking about those that arrive at ports in future, but if we can round up 80% of those already here as well, for just 4 billion, that sounds like money well spent.

That will be five less Lutons required to house them!
