Lewis Hamilton managed it last year. Okay the car was designed to be able to do this. He lined up into the pit box, then disconnected the steering wheel while braking to a stop. It's a Citroen. The hydraulic suspension on them (when they have it) is designed to take one wheel off the ground if there's been a puncture or something so that that corner is lower than the rest, and stiffens up the rest to keep it stable. The idea is if you get aa blowout, you don't immediately connnect with the scenery but can stop easily and safely.
