You buy one of these and you can also use it indoors, a local chef has one in his kitchen.

I had a weber back in blighty and was even using it in winter, it was great for roast chicken.

So really looking forward to getting this, as I miss bbqing.

I bought a weber gas one, it's ready to go in 10 minutes so you only need small break in the clouds.

Fire Chminey (£10)
Lumpwood Charcoal or Small briquettes (large ones = less controlled heat) (£5 = 10Kg)
Firelighters (£2)

The first two will last 10 years
The last two last 4-5 BBQ's / Braai's - in my house, 1-2 weeks at the most.

The EGG looks like a poncy toy (Giffen Good) and will go well with a Barbour Jacket, Hunter Wellies and some cucumber sandwiches with the crusts cut off
