...+1 and stunning wimminHow fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think -
You really think anything you say irks me? Genuinely? You're dumber than I originally thought sas. You amuse me mate, for it's very easy to get you to stumble over the lies you tell. That's the only entertainment I get here.Originally posted by sasguru View PostThis is for when you are over 55. You wouldn't have dependents then.
You wouldn't need to be particulalry rich to have 7-figure property assets by then, barring major UK failure.
And your invetments should really produce £65K Oz dollars a year.
Its doable. Not that I'm seriously thinking of it.
I obviously irk you, for you need to tell me how successful you are in your neg reps of me!Comment

Well you are being short-changed, for you provide a damned sight more than you are getting back!!Originally posted by Old Hack View PostYou really think anything you say irks me? Genuinely? And having a pop at sas for not getting into Aus is a bit rich from someone that can't even get themselves out of the swamplands of Zummerzet!!

Well, all this from a fat jock, who couldn't get past Corporal (possibly the only man I know who underachieved in the infantry where every direction in life has to be up), whose sole 'win' in life thus far has been to migrate from the tenements of Glasgow to Swilly.Originally posted by shaunbhoy View PostWell you are being short-changed, for you provide a damned sight more than you are getting back!!

Now that, my clinically obese pedigree chum, is funny

You're a bit of a saddo, arent you? Where did I say I was late 40s?Originally posted by Old Hack View PostYou were talking about being in your late 40's earlier this year. Maybe you've found the elixir of life
So you'll have to wait for 15 years to go.
Ok, well, that makes sense then. I reiterate, you can't get into Aus.
By the way, A$2,500,500 is around £1,650,000. I don't care how clever you think you are, but you're a country mile from there mate.
Jesus wept, check back to wehat you've been saying - mostly around the 'you only need A$500k to retire in Aus...
I would reckon £1,650,000 is quite achievable by retirement considering 2 largeish incomes, no mortgages on 2 properties and banking bonuses.
Anyway if I wanted to get to Oz (which I don't particularly), it would be simple: get the missus to get a "key person" transfer. It's not what you know its who you know.Hard Brexit now!

It would be virtually impossible to get more elements of a paragraph so frighteningly wrong without your signing it at the bottom.Originally posted by Old Hack View PostWell, all this from a fat jock, who couldn't get past Corporal (possibly the only man I know who underachieved in the infantry where every direction in life has to be up), whose sole 'win' in life thus far has been to migrate from the tenements of Glasgow to Swilly.
But keep on trying........it is hilarious sport to watch.

Yes, well perhaps if you refrained from breathing over them they may not be quite so "stunned"!Originally posted by Troll View Post...+1 and stunning wimmin

Seriously, might one get up the rankings by agreeing to live in some croc-infested town on the north coast for a certain minimum time?Originally posted by Old Hack View Post
You really are a bit of a joke mate; are you telling me, that Oz will let you in with A$800,000? That wouldn't buy you a tulip tip in Potts point, and would barely cover a house up most of the east coast. ...
It used to be chronically underpopulated, and I heard the Aussies were a bit worried about excessive Asian immigration there, and welcomed westerners willing to move to that area to balance the numbers.Work in the public sector? Read the IR35 FAQ hereComment

You'd stump up £1.65m to get into the equivalent of a sink estate with sunshine?Originally posted by sasguru View PostYou're a bit of a saddo, arent you? Where did I say I was late 40s?

The average Aussie is a thick tatooed ****wit who would think Argos was Harrods.
So, then again, I can see the draw for you.
