Tried that. The guy who does Thursday nights is a huge fooker and on the last attempt told me that he doesn't give a toss if I involve the police.

<contractor mode>Now that I have calmed down I will submit an invoice instead.</contractor-mode>

Some of these are quite nasty. But a more passive (as in won't get you in trouble with the police) but will really annoy them is to create 5000 Fake WIFI Access Points all with the same name as their wifi point. Then just sit back and wait for them to try and reconnect their iMac, in the knowledge that they will never be able to find the real one ever again until they change the name. At which point you will of course create 10000 of those (and keep the old 5000). This way they will believe their router is screwed .

Here is how to do it:

Many thanks. That one really appeals because I don't want any legal consequences.

This bit really appeals to my sense of humour:

If one access point is good, 53,000 must be better.
Evil but legal is the phrase that comes to mind

That's because the police don;t do noise.

Ring your council, they'll have a noise abatement officer who'll come round if:

        a) the noise is really loud
        b) its unsocial hours - 10 pm - 6 am say.
        Hard Brexit now!

Maybe buy some really crap old analogue sender on eBay. Sounds daft but last year I was thinking of chucking out an analogue sender I brought at least 15 years ago to relay a signal to a 2nd TV and never used. Just testing it out to see if it worked, thinking I could maybe use for my CCTV and it killed the digital TV signal stone dead. Stopped the missus watching boring tennis. Might work with WIFI.

Is there an outside gas meter? Get a mate to bypass it when they're out and report them...

I like the sound of this. I'm still not sure how it works though. Do you need any extra gear?

Can you get a really powerful wifi transmitter, set it to your neighbour's channel and cause interference that way? (Since I changed my wifi to an unused (locally) channel, I've had much improved stability).

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

A friend of mine was in the same situation (flat above). He reported them to the council and they did actually get kicked out a few months later. So it does work.
