          I am a fairly new contractor (since 2005), but I have years of experience ripping up people's businesses and doing really short permanent jobs which counts as longer
          Serving religion with the contempt it deserves...

                    Same - guess that's not so unusual in IT though, not so many women in it in the first place and most IT guys I ever come across are incapable of being decent managers. Women in IT just seem to be better at the people skills that most geeks seem to lack.
