Q: Why didn't you see the signs? It's not as if you can accidentally park in the space
Q: If you saw the signs afterwards, did you tell the driver this was unacceptable?
    Q: If not, why not?

Don't worry he will have ATOS redefine the car park space as fit for work!

I would have thought the Chancellor of the Exchequer of one of the top 10 economies in the world would be doing things other than noticing where his driver had parked his car. The chap is a turd burglar of the highest order, but blame should lay at the right place here and his Police Driver should be carpeted over this.

A: He wasn't driving, and was probably looking at papers, etc.
Q: If you saw the signs afterwards, did you tell the driver this was unacceptable?
A: Do we know he didn't?
          Q: If not, why not?
          A: See above.
          Hmmmm.

He probably thought that as the British economy is crippled he had every right to park there.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Could it be some security thing, where his bodyguard deliberately parks close to the building or where no one else should be, so that in an emergency there's more room to manoeuvre round the car, or they can dive for cover faster in the service station, or make a quick getaway?

In which case, it's a very simple explanation to give - "the police driver chose to park there for normal operational reasons". To say that Osborne didn't know where they were parked is something completely different.

I dont thinks it's good security to be so predictable. If I were in charge of security, I would vary the MO
Monday - Park in the main area
Tuesday - Park in the disabled bay
Wednesday - Mother and child bay
                    Thursday - drive through
Friday - Deliveries only unloading area
