Not uncommon for small business premises round here to find their 'yard' laid with tulipe quality tarmac at night by these feckwits. Then they come calling for the bill to be paid.
Rather than deal with the root cause the police usually inform the owner just to pay up to stop the nighttime firebombing.Comment

Pikeys seem to be the ones of Irish descent. Don't know about Romanies, they don't cause any trouble around here.Comment

Never had any issues with them where I live but I know that my brother used to have problems with them in Swansea, I think. He warned me that if you floor one of them they will come after you mob handed and do you a serious injury.
If you had an issue with one of them you had to go to see one of their older guys, who was almost always in a certain snooker hall and complain and then he would handle it. It might just have been this group though that fancied themselves as some kind of mafia thing.
And to be fair, my brother was (at the time, he's left now) in the Welsh Fusilers and he and his mates could always find someone to have an issue with.Comment

I was travelling on a train once and there was a bunch of teenage gypos about making a huge ruckus about this and that. They had a stereo system and the music was loud. They had these bizarre clothes which looked fluorescent. Couple of teenagers had small kids too. Anyway, along comes the ticket checker and they have no tickets and dont have money. He tells them they are off at the next station and all hell breaks loose. Some shout at him to go **** himself. A lot of verbal abuse follows and they literally kick the conductor out of his own train !
Next station comes and the conductor with the help of station colleagues dumps them out. The teenage mums then make a huge ruckus about racial discrimination against gypos and that they have a medical appointment for the kids and if they miss the appointment they will complain etc etc etc. Train is held up for 10 minutes and they all pile back in the train and have a free ride.Vote Corbyn ! Save this country !Comment

Which demonstrates that policing only works when we consent. A few people refusing to comply and the system fails.Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!Comment
