The NHS - time for a radical shake-up

In a lot of regions very little has changed. Whilst at uni in Aberdeen and York, the closest dentists accepting new NHS patients were in another county, over an hour's train ride away. Luckily at the time I still had health insurance in Germany and mostly went there for my check ups whilst visiting family. Had no issues finding NHS dentists in MK and here in Northampton though.

I see adverts for German dentists on my local buses.

Prague is a good deal for major work and you can hopefully not be too zonked by anaesthetic to enjoy the tourist bit while you are there.
Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.

NHS contracts are based on UDA points etc and if the dentist books are already full to achieve that number they would not bother taking on more patients. Also,it used to be the case that you could ask for more UDA points and the PCT would give it so you can thent ake on more patients. That all stopped because of NHS budgets being squeezed.
Vote Corbyn ! Save this country !

You are for once, right. I'm very tempted to vote UKIP as the others treat the voting public with contempt.

The country is royally fecked and nothing is ever going to fix it now, to horse is gone and it isn't coming back in my lifetime, the only thing that you can do is gather enough wealth as possible to enable you to get as much distance as you can from the heard.

              ...

UKIP is also one of the only parties to receive substantial criticism on aesthetic grounds, largely as a result of its unfortunate decision to pick fuchsia as an official colour. Reading their garish, multicoloured campaign material can cause temporary blindness.
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Sadly this maybe the wisest thing you've ever posted.

Not terribly bright then, is he, wasting his time on a confirmed supporter.
I'd have walked past and tred to talk to the 94% of under 35s who don't support UKIP
                      Hard Brexit now!
