Well on that basis its working well. There is no mad horses disease.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

    I preferred version 1!

surely prime horse steak cannot be cheaper than the rectum of the cow (or as health inspectors call it "the pink slime") .... I grind the meat my family eats in my kitchen or watch butchers hands while he grinds it.
If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

It was something to do with the cost of disposing of a horse. If your family pet Dobbin has to be put down then, it's something like £300 from the vet. Alternatively you can get some money by selling it to the knackers yard, where I believe the cost of the horse meat is cheaper.

Key thing is not that its horse meat, its that that isn't what should be in there and we have no idea of how its raised.

It could have been human meat in there for all we know. At the very least we can expect the meat is contaminated with feed & non human drugs.

The supermarkets and suppliers went for a cheaper supplier, failed to put in decent quality controls and knowingly sold dangerous product.

It might be better for horse welfare if we did eat it. At least the poor sods wouldn't have to be shipped abroad to be killed.

Pink slime is not rectum. It's all the bits you can't get off the carcass by hand.

Tell us more about how you like to grind your meat in front of your family though.

Yep. People do not breed horses for meat, that's for sure. Still prefer that to the pink slime, which was a reason I stopped eating pre-grinded beef a few years back.
