That happened to me the other day too.. You didn't have to go up to Glasgow too did you?? I did. It happened to me a few times in 2012Q1. Now I always ask for a phone interview in the first instance even if contract is local. If I do not hear from them again, I assume that they just wanted to pull that with me.Originally posted by fullyautomatix View PostI do this all the time. Usually when there is a real job the hiring manager wants to phone first to avoid time wasters.
Btw: One time I was called very far for a pointless interview with tiny guy clearly without enough experience for the role he was supposedly put in.
