        Thats what I do...but the personal call does come through and must be answered (I lost a friend in early Jan) but walked away from my desk and somewhere quiet for those.

          all good advice,
          and all taken i keep my head down and just try to produce work of a consistently high standard.
          Kept the phone in my coat pocket and only use it at lunch time now. as long as they pay and on time i will be happy.
          this will be tested next week
