Letting 50 different trusts handle that process in their own way is ludicrous. Letting them think that they and only they need a patient system and that it should be custom to their own ways of doing things is a massive mistake. I am sure that there are hundreds of admin staff that would say but my ways better than that because I designed it. but its those guys that need to be shown a door...Comment
