Flip, I'm supposed to be driving from London to Hampshire and back on Saturday for a birthday lunch, not far from Southhampton.

Luckily when accepting I had the foresight to include a snow exclusion clause.

If I could tell you I would but that came via my missus by email.

Been snowing here for about an hour, but it's not settling yet - well, not on the pavements or roads. Getting heavier now though

There's a good millimeter or so settled on the roads here.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Stopped now, after snowing steadily through the rush hour to annoy everybody. Things are looking seasonal but not polar at the moment, but I daresay it'll start again later.

Titter, all the permies took their laptops home tonight, should be an easy day tomorrow. They asked me if I was coming in, I said 'of course' thinking 'exactly how much snow do you think it would take to stop a yorkshireman walking a mile to pick up a days wage?'
                  How silly...

Will probably keep LBA open but it is the surrounding roads that may be the problem. Best keep an eye on the weather over here and send requests to home as to state of the roads.
