Why do some pseuds at clientco keep writing and drawing bizarre and surreal things on the kitchen whiteboard?

This morning there was a large image of a buddha, that must have taken a good 10 minutes to draw, with the caption "Who keeps stealing my Wheetabix?"

Wouldn't it be easier just keep the wretched Wheetabix in their desk drawer?
