If and when the economy picks up and the banks start lending again we will see it for sure.
Maybe banks won't go back to those ways though, never the less the true extent of inflation is already upon us, in the form of massively overinflated house prices that should have collapsed in 2008 but haven't done so due to the massive QE effort/bailouts.
