Day 2 nearly done. Went to the gym today. I find the endorphins combat the nicotine withdrawal.
Lungs starting to clear themselves this evening. Handfuls of crap coming up
Energy levels increased though

Day 3 in the no smoking house. Was tetchy as fook this morning.
A spell in the gym chilled me back out.
More crap coming up. I shall bounce into tomorrow with renewed vigour.
