By the time the wedding comes around I'll look fitter than those wimps in my Kilt. Going to wear a pair of white y-fronts underneath though just in case.Originally posted by mudskipper View PostMmmmmmmm, Hotties in kilts. What happens in General, stays in General. You know what they say about assumptions!Comment

Just back from first run of the year.
Went out with 2 grey shoes, came back with 1 grey and 1 red. Think I have been running too much this holiday.Comment

4th toe nail never got cut right and yesterday as I was running the edge at the cuticle 'removed' a bit of hard skin on the 4th toe where it has always rubbed against. Had to flush a wedge of skin down the toilet.
Cleaned it up, trimmed the nail and thought that would be the end of it but today it opened up again and the blood seemed to wick right along the fabric of the trainer as I was running. Pretty rank really.Comment

No point in starting the diet, chucking cigs and booze and getting the new exercise regime on New Year's Day since I'm still partying from yesterday.
So tomorrow is the first day and for the rest of the week to avoid the temptation of drinking since there are parties going on until the weekend is over I've designated myself duty driver. If I don't drink I can easily forget about the cigs and won't be tempted to scoff a curry or whatever junk food.
It'll be tough but actually looking forward to it.Comment
