Mr N pretty much raided my wish list on amazon.
He also bought me a meat grinder and sausage stuffer accessory for my kitchen aid and the Complete Boucuse cook book for my birthday.
Used the meat grinder yesterday to grind up a decent cut of meat to make mince instead of the crap they usually peddle over here in the butchers and have ordered some sausage casing, so looking forward to decent sausages.
