My membership is 40 a month, I can use any of the 15 gyms in the network, all in the north west / midlands area (Total Fitness).
If thinking of joining seriously, now is the prime time for looking for a good deal.
They may be able to come down a little, but from what I know about DL, there is not much chance of that.
Classes are great for losing the flab by the way - spin, combat, pump, circuits, ab classes, attack - brilliant motivation to actually do a good workout in the hour!Originally posted by Stevie Wonder BoyI can't see any way to do it can you please advise?

You think you need to spend £92 to get a gym which isn't falling apart? Unless you get a personal valet to talc your sack, they saw you coming. I'd expect a great gym for half that.Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

I'm quite tempted to get the book because he seems a fascinating guy actually, but not primarily as a fitness guide!Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment
