Is the contract market dead at the moment?

There appears to be nothing around!

If it gets any worse I'm going to have to go and work in ASDA.

Probably be some "agency worker" jobs on at ASDA next week when Walmart try to break the strike

Telcos still seem to be quite good at the moment (even though Voda and NTL are supposed to slashing jobs)

I've had stuff through from O2, 3, NTL and Voda this week.

Jobstats fell off a small cliff two months ago.

              http://www.jobstats.co.uk/jobstats.d...S.d/index.html

It's showing it's sharpest (non-seasonal) fall since the dotcom crash. Surprised no one has picked up on this before.

                  Crises ? What Crises?

I have just been offered a new contract with a 10 per cent rise, yeilding a potential 5.50 per hour.

Weve never had it so good.

                    Chin up.

You could always negotiate some free Beetroots as part of the ASDA package?
