Assuming that you are not on the wind up:

Take it easy, you are allowing your emotions to cloud your judgement. No one is saying that these crimes are okay. Some posters have discussed some criminal's motivations but no one is saying that it is justified.

Other posters hypothosised a legal line between a 15 year old who has lied and can provide circumstantial evidence for being older (e.g. being in a nightclub where you have to be over 18 to get in and must provide ID) and a young child.

Some posters dicussed historical attitudes and different cultural attitudes to the age of consent.

I do not think that anyone has actually said that abusing a child is acceptable.

Men are biologically attraced to younger women, it's a natural reaction. A guy cannot help but look at a shapely body walking down the road. Society places an age of 16 based on the definition of a 'child' for legal purposes but like homosexuality you have a genetic prediliction for it.

I read this as not discussing the moral or ethical aspects, it merely discusses biology on humans as animals.

less rage more analysis , what most people are trying to understand is how any human being could be as predatory as Savile was, without regularly having the urge to hang himself.

MF pointed out that its a genetically programmed reaction, I pointed out it was a social construct that forbade it for good reason, but I had sympathy for someone who committed the offence accidentally just as I have some sympathy for Assange being accused of rape when it seems its regret on the part of the woman. Neither condoned abuse.
