But seriously, do the police expect us to believe there is evidence in his house 35 yrs later? They are looking for something else after having leaked their operation to the press in an effort to garner public adulation for all the efforts they are going to to solve these cases.

I would have been far more impressed if they'd all done their jobs properly at the time instead of covering it all up for their prominent showbiz and political friends!

The rot started before medieval times but contrary to what our 'betters' tell us, 'we' haven't moved on and it is still acceptable for 'them' to behave that way even though we are supposed to be civilised.

The cops, the press, the education system, religion, politicians, the Beeb all of them are the same, untouchable. After all the law has touched no one important over all these reports, they go after the dead and unimportant to keep the heat off their masters.
