I'm starting to like Theresa May

Not in that way, but she seems to be making some very sensible and pragmatic (IMO) decisions at the moment.

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

    From the article

Cameron is expected to pledge a "tough but intelligent" approach to law and order.
Translation: They'll talk tough, and maybe bring in a law of possessing firearms with intent to supply, and long sentences may even be duly dished out.

But the "intelligent" bit means not spending any more money on prisons. So those people or others will be quietly let out after serving a year or two.

Gary McKinnon: Theresa May admits she has not spoken to US attorney general for five days - Telegraph

The Daily Telegraph disclosed on Saturday that a furious Mr Holder was refusing to take Mrs May’s phone calls because of the decision. Officials have described the US's relationship with Mrs May as "finished".

fook the Americans. They are probably just upset as we sent MF over to them.

Theresa May for PM! Hopefully she will be Maggie II.

She also seems to be taking a pragmatic 'opt out then pick the good bits' approach to forthcoming EU legislation.

Just like a pimp that won't speak to you after no longer being in consideration for a role - he'll soon be on the phone when he wants/needs something.

The Gary McKinnon decision was politically convenient. I wonder if such consistency is being applied to other low profile cases.
