For some of them, it'd be worth fixing their personal issues pro bono. Only I'm not that talented. -

Have started taking running seriously for the first time in my life. I feel like one of those annoying twats that have recently given up smoking and want to tell the world how good it feels but can't help myself. At the moment, for me, nothing beats a good run and a kettlebell workout to remove stress and clear the mind.Originally posted by Ruprect View PostLately I can't stop myself thinking about work and it's starting to stress me out a bit. That's what we all did.Originally posted by fckvwls View PostHave started taking running seriously for the first time in my life. Take up something that you don't have the ability to think about work whilst doing it. Running really doesn't work for me, I end up running whilst thinking about the stuff i don't want to. Try something which requires a little more concentration mountain biking, rock climbing etc.Comment
