Oh thanks. I was here at quarter to seven this morning. I wanted to avoid the traffic jams. Of course, I'll be off at about four.

I agree though that this obsession with 9 am is rather pathetic and sad. Software can run 24 hours a day and so does the interwebthingummy; I can test it at any time I choose.

There is, just finished breakfast at work and everyone goes to meetings and I go for a fag.

It is a ******* skill when you've been kept awake half the night by people making a porn movie in the room next to yours and you only got off to sleep when the alarm goes off and you decide to maybe just have those extra 5 minutes and when you do wake up you find those 5 minutes have turned into 45 minutes!
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Time to stop living with your mum, perhaps.

No-one will recognise you arriving that early, the same people will be calling you a shirker for leaving earlier than them.

              Half day then?

That's what I used to get working those kind of hours. Tit for tat though, bit of healthy sledging is good for morale.
