Dont anyone dare criticise the NHS. The NHS is like Jimmy Savile - utterly virtuous on the outside. Anyone that dares to challenge it is immediately rubbished and smeared. Yet on the inside exists a monster of a monopoly riddled with inefficiency, restrictive practices and poor service.

NHS is being privatised anyway. Was at Farnham hospital with my mum - nurse told us they're about to become part of 'Virgin Healthcare'.
