Ryan air. People say u get what u pay for, but I've flown a few budget airlines and these guys are top when it comes to sh*t customer service. The check-in staff had such a bad attitude. Chips on their shoulders cos they couldn't get jobs with BA. The planes were awful and dirty and nothing worked. The cabin crew had limited english. Our bags got lost and so I then had the unenviable task of calling customer service. Try finding their number. I ended up calling Ireland, 1.15mins to get through and again bad attitude. We paid £65 return flight to Austria. Taxes on top, £130. £15 charge for carrying 'sports' equipment per bag (£30) £160. Had some food on the plane (awful and not free) plus a couple of beers - add an extra £15. All up it ended up being close to £200 person, so those 'wonderful' prices that you see advertised aren't all that good. Oh and another thing, Ryan Air don't do seat allocation. So when they say boarding it's a mad rush for the plane to get the best seats.
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

You've come right out the other side of the forest of irony and ended up in the desert of wrong.
I've had a 'mare with Dell 3 months ago. Call centre. India. Talk to you like you're an idiot and don't even know how to plug a laptop in. If you don't have a standard problem fitting a standard fix ... they and you are buggered.
1 hour call. Wanted to run hardware diagnostics for a service pack issue ??!?!
Oh yes, and she thought Zurich was in UK.. when explained, refused to send the fix CD to me. Thick as mince.
Saying that .... GIANT accountants (I use the term is its very loosest sense) were the WORST EVER and caused me to feel quite ill. I won't repeat the litany of disasters.

As you say, you get what you pay for and Micheal O'Leary pockets the rest
