Why is there a tendency for IT geeks to be big headed for no reason whatsoever?

        Thanks for proving my point. You obviously have no idea about SAS - the rates you're quoting are for pharma programmers probably. High-end DW, architect and modelling specialists are on far more.
        But what would an average code monkey like you know about those skills?

              Superbike - sold.
              Porsche - wasn't serious about that.
              Toyota gt86 - ordered.
              Villa in Portugal - fine aFAIK.
