Parkrun this morning. 3 consecutive PBs have knocked over 2 minutes off my time - that 30 minute goal is almost in sight.

OU course officially starts today, although I've had the books for a few weeks, so will crack on with some of that.

House cleaning wouldn't go amiss.

Sunday dinner tomorrow, and maybe a bike ride if the weather's OK.

I might actually dig into that iPhone Development book I was given a while ago.

It's raining and cold outside, which is always good motivation for a bit of learning.

I used to love that and would order it a lot in Italian restaurants; but I've had to stop now they've taken to leaving the mussel shells intact.

It takes ages to winkle out all the mussels, and it's absolutely disgusting - Some of the shells even have barnacles and bits of seaweed attached.

Same here - shame, as I really used to enjoy it too.


Weights for me Saturday, sister visiting for the weekend, slow-roasted barbecue in the Weber all day Sunday.
