      Kippers, not all the time, just every now and again.

      Grilled or poached with butter, a few drops of wine vinegar and lots of white pepper. Accompanied with grilled tomato and some slices of thick brown bread and butter (never toast with kippers).

      The only problem with kippers is they repeat on me, did I tell you they repeat on me?
      ...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

        When I was in the Maldives I lived off a mild fish curry for breakfast was delish!

          With rotis. Had the same down south in Sri Lanka (similar cuisines I think). I used ot like adding sambol to it, to start the day off!
