    Again, it's just an opinion, but where I live, come from, the only sounds that annoy, are if the farmer gets up really early doors. If you are used to it here, then it's what you are used to, so it isn't that bad.

    I also think this whole thing about Northerners being more friendly is a complete myth. I just think they are more likely to tell you what's on their minds be it good or bad.

    I went to the Lake District recently and found that there was a definite frosty reserve among the inhabitants. Miserable sods, must be all that rain.
