People who put on stones of weight have just let themselves go. If your trousers are starting to get tight, cut down or up the exercise routine. If you put on a couple of pounds when you weigh yourself, do the same. It's not hard to maintain a healthy bodyweight.
A lot of people dont even have a set of bathroom scales these days, and half the population seems to have elasticated waistbands. No wonder we are the second fattest nation in the world. So fat the shops are starting to lie about the sizes of the clothes in shops.

Agreed, but don't worry about the scales; measure your waistline for a better indication.Originally posted by ZARDOZ View PostPeople who put on stones of weight have just let themselves go. I have yet to go into a different store and find that the sizes are consistent, which is a right PITA.Comment
