I do. Now I live on a steep hill there's some cardio done every time I go down the shops.
And I play squash twice a week as I have since I was a teenager. My current squash partner is 29 and we're about even. I would think that was the reason why, but my dad does no exercise and is still the same.

Possibly. But skinny people generally have better health all through life. No knee problems due to carrying lard around for example.

Sorry to tell you this Mich but 6' 1" and anywhere near 16 stone is fat. 13 stone would be a top end range of healthy weight for that height. Unless you have the muscle of Thor, which im guessing in our profession you dont.

I bet it seems like a longer life. It always seems longer when you are miserable.

Sorry to tell you this but as a qualified fitness trainer and a former first class rugby 7s and 10s player I think I know the difference between fat and fit.

And why would I be misreable because I'm thin?
