I'm currently working on a project with 2 devs and me (tester). The work is well paid which is good but the work I'm being sent by the dev's is truly utter sh!te, I've never seen such rubbish in all my life.
The devs swan around the office as though they are god's gift meanwhile I'm sat their trawling through their excuses for decent code and I'm starting to fall behind. I'm fairly sure it is all down to one dev, the other's work is pretty decent and we get along well, the problem dev is some newbie contractor brazilian footballer loving nerd who never interacts with the team by joining us (the office) out for beers, instead decides to spend all his time chuckling away at his screen.
I'm fairly good friends with the boss who alreadys knows the quality of crap devs work, I think perhaps he'll be having a quiet word soon, how best to avoid the fallout? should I give crap dev a heads up or just sit and wait for it all to hit the fan?
