I think I will leave that one to Mich.

I am undecided what will come next - I am having a big think and getting loads of advice on a triathlon forum. At some point I will start a thread on my musings and seek final guidance from the good denizens of cuk.

Sub 12 then sub 11 then sub 10 and / or Kona.... is the usual progression

Please don't, your posts are boring enough as it is

We don't have to save the world. The world is big enough to look after itself. What we have to be concerned about is whether or not the world we live in will be capable of sustaining us in it.

Dallas was talking about doing Kona the other day. My interests lie elsewhere.

It could be worse - I could be this guy :-

BBC News - World record as message in bottle found after 98 years near Shetland

Mr Leaper, 43, who found the bottle east of Shetland, explained: "As we hauled in the nets I spotted the bottle neck sticking out and I quickly grabbed it before it fell back in the sea.

"It was very exciting to find the bottle and I couldn't wait to open it.

"It's like winning the lottery twice."

He said his friend Mark Anderson, who had set the previous record in 2006 on board the same vessel, was "very unhappy that I have topped his record".

"He never stopped talking about it - and now I am the one who is immensely proud to be the finder of the world record message in a bottle."

Ugh, whisky and wine sounds a poor combo.

I wasn't going to drink until tomorrow but I ended up having three pints last night down the pub. My wife and daughter conspired to get me down there so I could meet the daughter's new boyfriend then my daughter could ply me with drink until she broached the subject of moving back in with us for three months whilst she "sorts herself out".

                Whoopee.
...my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...
