This resource works in another bank. My only point of contact is his PM and he is on another timezone.

I don't work 9-5 either. I work 7am-1pm. Then I eat lunch and shoot off down the beach for some R+R. I've been doing this for some months now, it suits me. And Yes, I bill for the day.
