One off consultancy rates

What would be a good rate to quote (i.e. what multiple of my usual daily rate on longish contracts)?

The client is someone I worked with recently but need me to come in and train the permie mugs who think they can just get by with copy-paste..

How much would a training course in your specialism cost? Open the bidding with that, per employee being trained.

I knew a chap at one client site on 1'300 (francs) a day, who was asked to run a five day training course for 10 permies. He got 800 per permie.
