    I have a smart little red badge in the bottom of my drawer somewhere that really means **** all but thank you all the same.

    It is not what I think, it is what I read, and from your basic description of 'I have only a high level of understanding but own a set of ITIL CBT that I have never gotten around to looking at.' I would quite happily say you are screwed.

    If you don't like the advice you are given in general maybe you should posted it in the right ******* part of the forum.

    You post this crap in general and then have a go at me when I post something like a reasonable response.

      That's basic V2 and a bit old and it ignores the Service Catalogue (which most people get wrong anyway) but it does cover the bits that people actually need. Hope it helps.

      Or do the online Foundation Course and get an appreciation of the current model. That's what it's for.
