I remember reading that ages ago, but a quick look on google shows an article from a doctor that says:-Originally posted by Robinho View PostYou're not suppose to use Melatonin consistently.
I have a good nights sleep on GABA though.
Is It Safe to Take Melatonin Every Night?
As described above, melatonin is extremely safe. It is a hormone that your body makes naturally. Its use in a supplement form is also believed to be quite safe. It is not habit-forming and you will not become "addicted" or dependent upon it. Therefore, if you find it to be helpful in improving your sleep, you may use it on a nightly basis without fear of adverse consequences.Comment

Some doctors said giving kids the MMR vaccine gave them Autism.Originally posted by escapeUK View PostI remember reading that ages ago, but a quick look on google shows an article from a doctor that says:-
Don't believe everything a doctor says as they:
a. may be looking for a research grant,
b. being given some backhanders by a drug company,
c. done some poor research,
d. are not up to date with a particular area as it's not their speciality,
e. have no knowledge of a particular area."You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment

And I bet some doctors said it was a good thing to have the vaccine!Originally posted by SueEllen View PostSome doctors said giving kids the MMR vaccine gave them Autism.
I like herd vaccination. That's where I don't have the vaccination, and don't risk any side effects. But everyone else does and therefore I am unlikely to get it. Everyone's a winner!
Your point is a good one though, dont trust doctors.
